How much does a custom pet portrait cost?

A Single Portrait costs $12.99, €12.99 or £10.99, depending on where you are. The Collection, with every style plus print files, phone wallpapers and a greeting card, costs $24.99, €24.99 or £19.99. Previews are free. Euro and pound prices include VAT; on dollar prices, sales tax, if any, is added at checkout.

Do I have to pay to see my portrait?

No. You see free watermarked previews of the styles you pick before paying anything, with no account or card needed. Saving your email unlocks extra free previews. You pay only to download the full-size portrait without the watermark.

Can I upgrade to The Collection later?

Yes, while we still have your photo. On your order page you can upgrade a Single Portrait to The Collection by paying only the difference: $12.00, €12.00 or £9.00. The other styles are painted from your photo, which we delete 30 days after upload, so the upgrade closes shortly before then.

What kind of photo works best?

One clear photo of one pet, with its face visible and in good light. A vertical photo suits a framed portrait. Avoid blurry photos, pets far away, several pets in one shot and heavy filters. Upload a JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 12 MB; export iPhone HEIC photos as JPEG first.

Can I put two pets in one portrait?

Portraits are made for one pet, and photos with several pets work less well. For two pets, upload a photo of each and make a portrait of each; choosing the same style gives you a matching pair.

Will it still look like my pet?

The AI is asked to keep your pet's face, markings and colours from your photo, and most styles keep its pose. A few playful styles change the pose or proportions on purpose. Because you see the preview first, you only buy a portrait you recognise.

What do I get when I buy?

A full-size PNG portrait with no watermark, ready to download as soon as you pay. Before you pay, you see its exact pixel size and the largest standard print size it fills sharply, if any. The Collection adds every other style, print files, phone wallpapers and a greeting card.

How big can I print my portrait?

It depends on the file's pixel size, which you see before you pay, with the largest standard print size it fills at 200 dpi, if any. The Collection also includes print files sized for 8 × 10 in and A4, with the whole portrait on the page, uncropped.

Do you print and ship canvases?

No. We sell digital downloads only, so there is nothing to ship. You may print your portrait for personal use at any photo lab or online print service, on paper or canvas.

How long does it take?

A preview usually takes 30–70 seconds; when it's busy, the studio shows how many previews are ahead of yours. After you pay, your download page opens straight away. With The Collection, your previewed styles are ready at once and the rest appear on that page as they are painted, usually within a few minutes.

Is it a good last-minute gift?

Yes. It's a digital download, ready right after you pay, so there are no shipping deadlines, even on Christmas Eve. The Collection includes a greeting card to print or send as an e-card.

Is my portrait painted by a human artist?

No. Every portrait is made by an AI image model from the photo you upload, in the style you choose, and we say so on every page. That is why you usually see a preview in about a minute, before you pay.

How is an AI portrait different from a hand-painted one?

Ours is made by AI from your photo, not by a person: it is a digital image in a painting style, not paint on canvas. You can try a few styles free from one photo, see your preview before paying and download the file right after you pay.

What if I don't like my portrait?

You see it before you pay. After buying, our redo-or-refund promise lasts 30 days: email us and choose a free redo, up to two per portrait, or a refund. A Single Portrait is refunded in full; for The Collection we refund the whole order if you're unhappy with it overall. You don't need to return anything.

Do I have a 14-day right of withdrawal?

In the EU, EEA and UK, the 14-day right of withdrawal for a digital download ends once the download is made available, because at checkout you ask for immediate delivery. Our 30-day redo-or-refund promise still applies.

Can I use my portrait commercially?

No, it is for personal use. Once you have paid you may print, frame, share and give your portrait, but not resell the file or put it on products you sell without our written permission.

What happens to my pet's photo?

We remove location and camera data when you upload it, and delete the photo and any previews you don't buy 30 days after upload. We don't use your pet's photo in our advertising unless you agree separately. Portraits you buy, with their previews, stay downloadable for 30 days after purchase, then are deleted.
